It’s a hands on experience healthy meal both low in calories and carbohydrates. Any kind of pasta dishes with sauce goes good at our home. Ingredients
250 gms King prawns
2 cups of florets of broccoli and cauliflower
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup carrots
1 cup green bell pepper
1 medium sized tomato
2 inch sliced ginger
4-5 green chillies
½ cup fresh mint and coriander leaves
1 scallion
½ lime
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
Procedure
Heat olive oil in a medium heat pan. Start with ginger and green chillies and stir for 30 seconds. Add prawns and fry for 5 mins. Add the rest of vegetables and stir for 2 minutes. Add soya and oyster sauce and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add a little water if required. Add honey to balance the chilli spice. Add flour with water in a shaker and then pour it into the pan. This makes the sauce thick. Add salt according to your taste. Garnish with fresh chopped mint and coriander.
