Enjoy this fish fried fritter snack with flavors of indian spices. Talking about spices, Indian spices are the foundation for cooking. They can transform any dish into a tasty meal and give life to even the simplest ingredients. In my daily cooking, spices is a must in the dish. Hence I am going to spice up these fillets with aroma and satiate the taste buds. Let me tell you, pakoras is veg and enjoyed in cold and rainy season. However prepared this with fish chunks and it tastes absolutely bold and tangy. If trying some starters, be bold and creative and throw yourselves into the ocean of spices with care. Ingredients
For marination
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
350 gm blue whiting fish fillets cut into bite size chunks
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp salt
For pakora batter
2 tbsp Tandoori masala
2 tbsp Rice flour
2 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 Dry red chilies crushed
For Frying
Oliv oil

Procedure
- Clean, wash, and drain the fish pieces. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, red chilli powder lemon juice, ginger-garlic powder and salt. Leave it aside for 30 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan on high heat.
- In another bowl, add crushed dry red chilies, tandoori masala powder, gram flour, rice flour, yogurt, and water as needed to make a smooth batter without any lumps.
- Dip each marinated fish piece into the prepared batter making sure the fish is well coated with the batter. Gently add the fish pieces into the hot oil. Cook in batches and do not overcrowd the pan. Fry on medium high heat for 4-5 mins on each side. Each piece should be crisp and golden all over.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towel. Repeat the process with the remaining fish pieces. Drain and garnish over the fried fish.
